Shipping Policy

Fresh BeanZ is committed to freshness. That's why we ship coffee the same day we roast it. If you order a coffee that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. We won't charge you until your item is shipped.

We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery.

Ways to Save on Shipping -

Order more than one pound of coffee per shipment. Shipping cost for 2 pounds of coffee is the same as 1 pound.

Returns -

Fresh BeanZ Coffee does not accept returns, however, if there is a problem with your shipment or you are not completely satisfied with your beans, please contact us with your concerns. Your account will either be credited or a new shipment of beans will be sent on the next shipment day.
